Original Indigenous Peoples of Canada question the application of the "reverse onus" principle in the matters of land title claims.

The general Canadian population, also, questions this legal holding that for the "good of the administration of justice" in the public interest creates tax laws as being entitled to the privilege of this reverse onus rule. Crown criminal law provides that "ignorance of the law" is no excuse; but, this citizen duty is couched within the fundamental duties as related to natural justice.

Taxosnet has received numerous complaints as related to this Revenue Canada reverse onus right in law.
